Shipping Information

A flat-rate shipping fee of €120 applies (unless a promotion is running) to orders delivered within Ireland and Northern Ireland. If you live on mainland UK, please feel free to message me for a delivery quote and I will adjust the price accordingly.

The Personal Touch

I personally deliver every piece myself, from my showroom in Inishowen, County Donegal, directly to you. I like knowing that your furniture is being looked after right up until it reaches you. It also gives me the opportunity to meet you, my customer, and see the piece you’ve chosen in situ, which I really enjoy.

Depending on the size of the piece and access to your home, I will often need a little help getting it safely inside. So please bear this in mind when we arrange your delivery time.

Sustainability Commitment

As part of my commitment to sustainability, your piece will be carefully wrapped for its journey using cardboard, corrugated cardboard and recycled bubble wrap wherever possible. I keep packaging to a minimum, reuse what I can, and take everything away with me when I leave.

Return Policy

In line with consumer distance selling regulations, MD Serendipity Designs offers a 14-day return policy on cocktail cabinets, drinks cabinets and other furniture sold within Ireland.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when delivered. Any damage occurring after delivery will render the item non-refundable.

The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item has been damaged in transit. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item only, minus the original delivery charge and return delivery costs.

To avoid issues, I strongly recommend measuring your space carefully and ensuring the ground is level where the piece will be placed prior to purchase.

Please note that free storage is offered for up to 21 days. Items held beyond this period are non-refundable. Items that are customised, commissioned, sold internationally, or secured with a deposit are also non-refundable.

Each restored and redesigned piece has had a previous life and may show minor imperfections, which are considered part of its character and charm. Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible.
