Shipping Information

A flat-rate shipping fee of €95 applies (exempt when running a promotion) to orders delivered within Ireland and Northern Ireland. If you live on mainland UK, please feel free to message me for a delivery quote and I will adjust the price accordingly.

Deliveries are made using a professional one-man courier service, so please note that assistance may be required to help unload the piece from the van and bring it safely into your home. If this is an issue, and depending on location, I may be able to provide additional resources upon request.

As part of my commitment to sustainability, furniture is carefully packed using reusable and recyclable materials such as corrugated bubble wrap and cardboard. If unpacked in situ, packaging materials can be returned via my courier for reuse.

Return Policy

In line with consumer distance selling regulations, MD Serendipity Designs offers a 14-day return policy on cocktail cabinets, drinks cabinets and other furniture sold within Ireland.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when delivered. Any damage occurring after delivery will render the item non-refundable.

The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item has been damaged in transit. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item only, minus the original delivery charge and return delivery costs.

To avoid issues, I strongly recommend measuring your space carefully and ensuring the ground is level where the piece will be placed prior to purchase.

Please note that free storage is offered for up to 21 days. Items held beyond this period are non-refundable. Items that are customised, commissioned, sold internationally, or secured with a deposit are also non-refundable.

Each restored and redesigned piece has had a previous life and may show minor imperfections, which are considered part of its character and charm. Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible.
