Shipping Information

A flat rate shipping fee of €95 applies [exempt when running a promotion] to orders placed to be delivered in Ireland and Northern Ireland. If you live on mainland UK or any other part of the world, feel free to drop me a message for a quote and I will adjust the price accordingly.

Deliveries are made with a professional 1-man courier service so please note he may require assistance unloading from the van and getting your piece of furniture safely into your home. If this is an issue, upon request and depending on location I maybe able provide additional resources.

In ensuring almost all aspects of my business are sustainable my furniture is packed with care using reusable/recyclable materials such as corrugated bubble wrap and cardboard. If unwrapped in situ the packing material can be returned via my courier for reuse.

Return Policy

In line with distance selling regulations MD Serendipity Designs offers a 14 day return policy on all cocktail cabinets, drinks cabinets and other furniture sold nationally. The piece must be returned in the same condition as it was brought to the home. If any damage occurs after delivery that particular piece of furniture will be non-refundable.

The cost of returns is down to the customer unless the piece has being damaged in transit. The refund will be for the cost of the piece minus a delivery charge 'both ways'.

To avoid this I strongly recommend measuring your space and ensure that the ground is level to where the piece will be placed before purchase.

Please be aware that although I do offer a free storage service until such time as you turn your key, items purchased if held past 21 days are non-refundable nor are items that are customised, commissioned or sold internationally.

Also keep in mind that each individual piece of restored and redesigned furniture on my site has experienced a pervious life and may show signs of minor imperfection, which more often than not, simply adds to it's character and charm.
